Our Local Authority Client are recruiting an Occupational Therapist for their Children with Disabilities Team in Telford and Wrekin. You'll be responsible for the assessment, support planning, and care coordination of children with complex needs within a team and home environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Undertake the assessment, support planning, and care coordination of children with complex needs, including recommending appropriate equipment and adaptations.
  • Provide advice and support to service users, their families, and the public as needed on a day-to-day basis.
  • Promote close and constructive relationships with service users, carers, and partner agencies.

Requirements:

  • Must have at least Diploma/BSc in Occupational Therapy or equivalent and have HCPC registration.
  • Experience working with children with complex disabilities
