This role would suit a skilled Photocopier Engineer, who enjoys a varied and dynamic role, ideal for someone enthusiastic and looking to grow with the company, with the opportunity to advance into a management position.

What we need from you:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in diagnosing and repairing office equipment in particular photocopying machines
  • Strong technical skills in photocopier, printer, and scanner maintenance
  • Experience with IT support, particularly in network integration and troubleshooting related to office hardware
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and customer relation skills
  • You will need to hold a UK Driving Licence
Desirable:
  • Certifications in office equipment maintenance
  • Experience with Toshiba, Konica Minolta, and Epson equipment is a significant advantage
  • Knowledge of PaperCut or similar software solutions

What the role involves:
You will be mainly working with clients across the Midlands, with very occasional travel to other locations in the UK. Duties include:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on photocopiers, printers, and scanners
  • Moving, installing, IT setup and training of heavy photocopier machines equipment (training on the moving equipment will be provided)
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to minimise downtime with a high first-fix ratio
  • Provide IT support related to the integration and functionality of office equipment
  • Learn and support AV equipment and alarm systems (training provided)
  • Collaborate with customers to provide exceptional service and technical support
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in office equipment


Salary: £25,000 - £33,000 per year. Hours: Monday to Friday 9am 5.30pm.
