Your new school Hays Education are looking alongside a Primary School based in Telford who are looking for a temporary school administrator to join them to cover a long-term sickness. This school administrator job is 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday, term time only.

Your new roleThe role will be to provide reception cover for a very busy school. The role will entail signing in visitors, inputting registers onto SIMS, dealing with dinner monies and using SIMS. You will at times be required to deal with parents queries in person and on the phone.

This is a very busy school office and so will require an individual that can work well under pressure.

What you'll need to succeed

  • You will need to have a high level of communication skills and be able to work quickly under your initiative.
  • You will also have recent satisfactory references for carrying out a similar placement within the last 2 years.
  • You will also need to have an up-to-date DBS check, the school can't accept any applicants without this.
