Social Media Specialist | Permanent | Telford | £26,000 - £28,000 | Onsite

Seymour John is recruiting for a creative and energetic Social Media Specialist to join a dynamic digital marketing team. If you’re passionate about social media and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

The Role

You will drive social media engagement and performance for clients across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Your responsibilities will include creating and executing social media strategies, managing campaigns, and delivering insightful reports. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to achieve goals like brand awareness, lead generation, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop social media strategies and create engaging content.
  • Manage campaigns on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Analyse performance and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Stay updated on trends and emerging channels.
  • Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure alignment on goals.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in social media management.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta platforms, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Creative flair with experience in content creation (written, video, Instagram Reels, TikTok).

  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
