Working with our partner school in Telford as a long-term supply teacher. A fantastic opportunity for teachers who are passionate about delivering engaging lessons and make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach Humanities subjects (History, Geography, or Religious Education) to KS3 and KS4 students.
  • Follow school policies and adapt lesson plans as needed.
  • Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure student engagement.
  • Work closely with other staff members to support student development and progress.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Humanities Teacher- January Start you will:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Specialism in one or more Humanities subjects at secondary level.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Ability to inspire and engage students with creative teaching methods.
  • Experience in secondary schools is a plus, NQTs are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
