KPA Recruitment are seeking a full time Line Leader based in Stafford Park, Telford. Suitable candidates will have experience and sound knowledge of assembly processes within the automotive sector. You would be accountable for a team of workers, ensuring high quality parts are manufactured and delivered on time in the most cost effective and safe manner.

Qualifications:

  • Experience and knowledge of assembly processes in the automotive sector, preferably Tier 1
  • Able to work under pressure within a highly demanding environment, managing the expectations of key stakeholders
  • Able to work flexibly on own initiative, making decisions to improve efficiencies within the production line
  • Able to deal with first line quality issues with team members and customers
  • Can identify areas for continuous improvement to increase customer satisfaction rates
  • Experience of compiling reports on the request of the Production Manager to identify key performance trends
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adaptability to meet the changing needs of customer, business, and industry requirements
  • HNC/HNC in a Production or Engineering discipline, Level 3 qualification in Team Leading or equivalent experience

Hours of work are double days, 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm. Temporary to Permanent role.
