ABC Teachers are recruiting for an experienced Year 2 Teacher with plenty of experience working with the KS1 curriculum to cover a long-term cover in Telford to start from January 2025.
The role
This role includes the following:
- Working in a full class teacher role planning, presenting and assessing lessons and pupil progress.
- Working with National Curriculum.
- Commencing from January and spanning the entire spring and summer term, but has potential to be extended into the new academic year.

Requirements
To be considered for the Year 2 Teacher position, you will:
- Have prior experience in a full class teacher role, showing experience of leading a class at the beginning of an academic year.
- Be willing to commit to a full-time role with full responsibilities regarding planning, assessments and liaising with parents.
- Need a relevant QTS for working in a primary school environment, this is a compulsory part of registration.
- Have or be able to obtain a DBS registered to the update service.
- Be able to gain relevant references from the last 2 years.
