This Independent Pharmacy is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Locum Pharmacy Dispenser to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis.

Key Duties

  • Dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently under the supervision of a pharmacist.
  • Providing excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Assisting in inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking medications and supplies.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment in compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards.
  • Collaborating with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional patient care.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

  • Qualified Pharmacy Dispenser with relevant certifications and experience.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, dosage forms, and drug interactions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy software systems (e.g., ProScript ) is desirable.
