An opportunity for a dynamic individual with previous management experience to join this friendly independent Pharmacy in Telford as the Non-Pharmacist Manager.You will be responsible for the smooth running of the branch where you will be an effective leader and delegate tasks where appropriate.

Your responsibilities will include tracking KPI's, looking after the team and the general housekeeping within the store.*Previous experience managing a Pharmacy desirable**Dispensing experience/qualification an advantage*

Key Duties

  • Manage the pharmacy business to maximise its profitability in line with annual budgets and KPI's.
  • Control costs and ensure all colleagues operate in line with business requirements and initiatives.
  • Ensure all colleagues comply with operational guidance, SOPs and company policies.
  • Ensure all relevant stock control principles and policies are adhered to and pro-actively drive down stock holding to ensure optimised stock levels are maintained.

Package and Benefits

  • Hours of work: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
  • Rotate 1 in 4 weekend shifts
  • Salary: up to £26,500 per annum

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

  • Previous experience within a community Pharmacy
  • Previous management experience (1+ years required)
  • Must have NVQ L2 in Pharmacy Services or Relevant Experience
