Job Description:

They are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physiotherapist to join their team. In this brand-new service, you will work collaboratively with local professionals and the care and nursing teams to deliver bespoke care and rehabilitation programmes. Your role will be pivotal in helping the residents set goals, carry out therapies, and lead fantastic lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Therapy Services to residents within their Rehab Suite.
  • Provide leadership in all aspects of Physical Therapy in accordance with the Codes of Practice of the College of Physiotherapy.
  • Collaborate with our clients care and nursing teams to support the people they serve.
  • Develop and implement individualised rehabilitation programmes.
  • Monitor and evaluate therapy outcomes, making necessary adjustments to ensure effectiveness.
  • Educate residents and their families about therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve health and mobility.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Experience in neurological rehabilitation and specialist care is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with best practices in physiotherapy.
