Aspire People are recruiting adaptable HLTA's to join a Specialist Primary School in Telford, dedicated to providing a nurturing and inclusive environment for pupils aged 4 to 11 years old. The school caters to children with a variety of needs, including Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN), Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Physical Disabilities (PD), and Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD). We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive atmosphere that empowers our students to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the classroom teacher in delivering tailored educational programs.
* Assist in the planning and implementation of engaging learning activities that cater to individual needs.
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with various needs, ensuring they are fully included in all activities.
* Help manage and promote positive behaviour within the classroom.
* Foster a nurturing and safe learning environment for all students.

Qualifications and Skills:
* HLTA status or equivalent qualification (Level 4 or above in relevant subjects).
* Experience working with children with additional needs, preferably in a primary school setting.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and staff.
* Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards learning.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous professional development.
