The Role:

As a HLTA, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality learning activities to groups of children or whole classes in the absence of the class teacher.
  • Support the planning and delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to provide tailored interventions and support for individual pupils.
  • Assist in monitoring and assessing pupils' progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents where appropriate.
  • Promote a positive and stimulating learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • HLTA status or equivalent qualifications.
  • Proven experience working with primary school-aged children.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
