Are you passionate about shaping the early years of children's education? We are representing a large and dynamic primary school in Telford that is seeking a dedicated and creative KS1 Class Teacher to join their vibrant team. The school is committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for its pupils, and we are looking for a teacher who shares their values and enthusiasm for teaching Key Stage 1.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement dynamic and engaging lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of KS1 students.
Foster a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere that promotes curiosity, creativity, and independence.
Collaborate with fellow educators to create a well-rounded curriculum that ignites a passion for learning.
Assess student progress, offer constructive feedback, and establish ambitious yet attainable goals.
Cultivate strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support the holistic development of each child.
Actively participate in the broader school community, contributing to extracurricular activities and school events.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in KS1 or a thorough understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum
A passion for teaching young learners with the ability to motivate and inspire children
Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Commitment to continuous professional development and teamwork
A positive and caring attitude towards pupils and the wider school community
