Job Role:Head of Project Delivery

Location:Telford

Salary:85-90k. Car allowance of 6k, 5% pension, 25 days holidays + statutory days, Bupa healthcare and life cover.

As a Head of Project Delivery your remit will include:

As a manager of projects, you will take a dynamic approach to reviewing all projects, on a daily basis, with members of the project management team, with a view to keeping all projects on track. You will be the 'go-to' person within the team for everything involving a project's organisation and timeline(s) are met within company policy and to produce the desired result.

What you will bring to the company:

  • Extensive experience of project management including a track record of delivering complex projects including, but not limited to, Control/Automation, Panel Design & Manufacture and Installation inc Design.
  • Extensive experience of line management and the development of project teams and team structures of a significant size.
  • Extensive experience in the field of Control and Automation, PLC, SCADA, DCS, Telemetry, engineering and management disciplines.
  • .An ability to identify and influence the key decision makers at all levels
  • Good commercial and contractual knowledge is a prerequisite. To include demonstrable experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Project, along with strong knowledge of other Microsoft packages
  • Be customer-facing and able to easily build relationships
  • Team player as well as able to work on own initiative.
  • Engineering degree, and chartered engineer
  • APM practitioner (or similar)
