Working rotating shifts Monday - Friday 6-2/2-10 on a temporary basis.
MAIN DUTIES WILL BE:
Responsible for supporting Quality activities leading up to launch and in production
Support GP12 and Final Inspection product reviews and data analysis
Carry out routine audits of in-process gauging
Comply with MSA requirements and QMS control of NCM
To be able to operate all quality measuring equipment (I.e Micrometer, Vernier, Height Gauge, Plug Gauges and Gauging Fixtures
To be computer literate and able to use MS Office
To be able to present data and explain findings based on product specification
To have awareness and understanding of SPC data
Approx 90% shop floor activities
Stop processes which are producing non-conforming products
Support Quality Process and Product Audits
Other duties as required
