Monday to Thursday only

7am to 5pm (37.5 hours per week)

15.00 per hour to 16.50 per hour

Based in Telford, Hortonwood area

Working in a manufacturing and production environment

Ideally with Team leading / Supervisory experience

Working in the Dip Moulding department

Duties of a Production Supervisor

• Managing a team of people
• Monitor output vs achievements vs targets
• Run the Dip Moulding section to schedules
• Monitor scrap levels
• Ensure that the Integrated Management System requirements are maintained
• Assist the Production Manager
• Ensure that all maintenance and housekeeping duties are adhered to

Experience of a Production Supervisor

• Ideally worked in a manufacturing and production environment
• Must be computer literate
• Previous Team Leading or Supervising experience
• Knowledge of working with IMS
• Familiar with machine setup and targets
• Manage, train and develop staff

Pay rate starts at 15.00 per hour and will increase to 16.50 per hour

Ideally you will have done a similar role in Manufacturing and production environment
