What You Will Do:

Lead and manage a dedicated team within the production environment.
Ensure the achievement of production targets and objectives.
Set, monitor, and evaluate KPIs for your team, driving performance and efficiency.
Take responsibility for completing daily paperwork and maintaining accurate records.
Conduct comprehensive shift handovers with opposite team leaders, ensuring seamless operations.
Uphold and enforce strict health & safety guidelines, promoting a safe workplace.
