Production Team Leaders needed in Telford, Shropshire!!!!

Jonathan Lee Recruitment is delighted to offer an exceptional opportunity for experienced Production Team Leaders to join a prestigious and leading FMCG business located in the heart of Telford, Shropshire.

This role will be working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (consisting of rotating days and nights), the starting salary is just over £31,500 per annum, initially rising to just under £37,500 per annum, and then finally increase to just over £41,000 per annum once fully signed off and trained.

This will be a 2 stage interview process, with the first stage consisting of a numeracy and literacy assessment on site in Telford, Shropshire.

What You Will Do

Lead a dedicated team within the production department, driving performance to meet and exceed targets.
Develop and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for your team, ensuring continuous improvement.
Complete necessary daily paperwork with precision and conduct thorough shift handovers.
Guarantee adherence to strict health and safety guidelines, promoting a safe working environment.
Collaborate closely with other team leaders to ensure seamless operations across shifts.
Be an inspiring leader, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and innovation.
