PRODUCTION LEADERS NEEDED IN TELFORD, SHROPSHIRE!!!

Are you ready to take a step up in your career and lead a team within a dynamic and thriving Food Manufacturer? This company, a leading name in the Food Manufacturing sector located in Telford, Shropshire, is on the lookout for 4 experienced Production Team Leaders to steer their production teams towards excellence. 

This role will be working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (consisting of rotating days and nights), the starting salary is just over £31,500 per annum, initially rising to just under £37,500 per annum, and then finally increase to just over £41,000 per annum once fully signed off and trained.

This will be a 2 stage interview process, with the first stage consisting of a numeracy and literacy assessment on site in Telford, Shropshire.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage a dedicated team within the production department, ensuring targets are met efficiently.
  • Set and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for your team, driving performance and productivity.
  • Complete necessary daily paperwork, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
  • Conduct thorough shift handovers with opposite team leaders, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Uphold and enforce strict health & safety guidelines, creating a safe working environment for all.
  • Play a key role in the continuous improvement of production processes.

  • A commitment to health & safety, demonstrating knowledge of industry standards.
