Your new role:
- Welcoming and on boarding calls with new clients
- Dealing with customer lines and broadband
- Log, categorise and prioritise customer tickets
- Completing customer satisfaction surveys for newly completed orders
- Book and manage installation of systems and site surveys
- Adhoc duties as and when required
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Experience within a similar role is essential
- Experience within telecoms is desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work within a fast paced and busy environment
- A self starter with a focus on problem solving and providing solutions
