Your new role:


  • Welcoming and on boarding calls with new clients
  • Dealing with customer lines and broadband
  • Log, categorise and prioritise customer tickets
  • Completing customer satisfaction surveys for newly completed orders
  • Book and manage installation of systems and site surveys
  • Adhoc duties as and when required


What youll need to succeed:


  • Experience within a similar role is essential
  • Experience within telecoms is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work within a fast paced and busy environment
  • A self starter with a focus on problem solving and providing solutions
