Reports to: Process Technician
Location: Telford, 
Hours of Work: Shifts on Days/Nights Rotation, 12-hour shifts covering 24/7 operation. Full flexibility is required.
Type: Permanent Position

Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Process Operator to join a production team in Telford. The ideal candidate will work a set shift pattern, including days, nights, and weekends. Your responsibilities will include operating processes to defined standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Operate the plant according to standard operating procedures, including start-ups and changeovers.
  • Liaise with plant development teams to improve standards.
  • Maintain records on an hourly/daily basis and complete gap analysis.
  • Ensure observable standards are achieved for the line.
  • Ensure safe working practices.
  • Support the training of process staff.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties/projects within your skills and abilities.

  • Ability to escalate issues when problems occur.
  • Proactive in ensuring success is achieved.
  • Good communication skills to interact with team members.
  • Team player with the ability to liaise effectively with colleagues.
  • Methodical and organised approach to tasks.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
