Administrator (Procurement)Telford office based Monday Friday 08:00-16:00 Monday Friday Modern, open plan office environment with plenty of on site parking Good access to road links and servicesUp to £28,000 plus excellent benefits packageExcellent professional development opportunities If you are an experienced Purchasing/Procurement/Inventory Administrator with exceptional organising & communication skills, this role will suit you down to the ground.Working in a fast-paced FMCG environment, your objective will be to ensure the smooth running of purchasing and inventory coordination that will keep the supply chain efficient.Duties•Issue purchase orders for materials and coordinate with internal & external logistics stakeholders to meet production schedules.•Produce / maintain transport schedules on a weekly basis •Ensure all import paperwork matches to purchase orders for invoicing •Ensure effective inventory monitoring to avoid under/over item stocking •Monitor supplier performance and record any discrepancies •Keep supplier data accurate•Contribute to department meetings in order to update stakeholders of any issue Essential criteria•Proven ability and skill in purchasing administration and SAP experience.•Excellent written and verbal communication skills•Highly analytical and detail orientatedThis role is UK based and does NOT have sponsorship opportunity If you have not been successful in your application to us, you will be made aware within 14 days of your application.
