Procurement Administrator | Telford TF1 | Temp to Perm£13.50 per hour | 32 hours a week | 9am - 3pm (flexible) We are looking for an Administrator to join a dynamic business team on a temp to perm basis. This role is a vital link between multiple departments, providing key administrative support in areas such as resource scheduling, procurement, financial documentation, and project coordination. You will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring business processes run smoothly!What we're looking for:
  • Experience in business administration, purchasing, or procurement
  • Knowledge of ERP & CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Visual)
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • A problem-solver with great attention to detail
  • Ability to build strong relationships across teams and departments
The finer elements of the role include:
  • Provide administrative support across various business functions
  • Assist Sales and Project Managers with customer quotes and documentation
  • Maintain and update the ERP system for quote management and pipeline reporting
  • Support the Supply Chain Manager with procurement and purchasing tasks
  • Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to verify incoming materials
  • Coordinate and schedule project meetings, ensuring key actions are tracked
  • Oversee and manage timesheets, preparing reports for the Business Support Manager
  • Assist with fleet management, including scheduling vehicle repairs and issuing fuel cards
  • Arrange travel bookings, including flights and accommodation when required
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and company standards
  • Minute-taking for internal and external meetings
