- Experience in business administration, purchasing, or procurement
- Knowledge of ERP & CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Visual)
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- A problem-solver with great attention to detail
- Ability to build strong relationships across teams and departments
- Provide administrative support across various business functions
- Assist Sales and Project Managers with customer quotes and documentation
- Maintain and update the ERP system for quote management and pipeline reporting
- Support the Supply Chain Manager with procurement and purchasing tasks
- Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to verify incoming materials
- Coordinate and schedule project meetings, ensuring key actions are tracked
- Oversee and manage timesheets, preparing reports for the Business Support Manager
- Assist with fleet management, including scheduling vehicle repairs and issuing fuel cards
- Arrange travel bookings, including flights and accommodation when required
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and company standards
- Minute-taking for internal and external meetings
