Our client is looking for a Service Coordinator to be responsible for the delivery of first class customer service, assist with engineers needs and be highly organised to complete appropriate administrative tasks

Main duties to include:

  • Allocate and plan the company’s field engineering resources, communicating in good time and to the agreed standards.
  • Organise spare parts, plant and equipment to correspond with site attendance.
  • Ensure all associated administration (quotations, billing, customer & purchase orders, warranty issues, maintenance & master data etc.) procedures are actioned in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Effectively plan to deliver budget/KPI level performance monthly, ensuring sufficient work is generated/available to avoid shortfalls to plan.
  • Ensure the vehicle fleet is kept in good condition, serviced and maintained in accordance with manufacturers recommendations/statutory requirements at all times.
  • Presentation of agreed reporting in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Organise appropriate documentation, PPE, work equipment, accommodation and travel arrangements for field engineering staff.
  • Contributing towards the creation of a healthy, conducive working environment for our field engineering team optimising retention and future candidate attraction, where necessary assisting the Service Manager with supplementary recruitment requirements.
  • Maybe required to travel to offer the best service possible

The right candidate would ideally:

  • Hold similar experience or have worked in a scheduling/planning/service environment
  • Knowledge of working with SAP
  • Have the ability to offer professional customer service
  • Confident to deal with all queries thrown their way
  • Have strong IT experience

This role is working on a permanent basis, Working full time hours Monday to Friday

Salary is negotiable depending on experience - Approx £28,000 to £30,000
