The company you will be working for is an award-winning company based in Shropshire. Established more than 20 years ago, the company offers regional construction services to a host of different industry sectors and specialises in interior fit out, refurbishment and residential new build/conversion projects.
As Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for providing cost and commercial management support, and will play a key role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
We are looking for someone with:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commercial acumen and a thorough understanding of cost management
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A passion for construction and a desire to excel in your career
