The ideal candidate should have previous recruitment experience and a proven track record of obtaining new business.
The role involves recruiting across all sectors, making outbound business development calls, and negotiating terms with clients.
Candidates must possess strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet sales targets.
The position offers a salary of £35,360 per annum pro rata, plus uncapped commission and bonuses, with hours from 9.30am to 1.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Permanent Part Time Recruitment Consultant:

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a well established private Recruitment Company that was founded 20 years ago.

Self motivated with a proven track record of obtaining new business working on temporary and permanent placements. Will be recruiting across all sectors.

Making outbound business development calls and winning new business.
Negotiating terms of business and fees with clients.
Attending site visits with clients and review meetings where necessary.
Advertising vacancies across a network of jobs boards / social media sites.
Managing advert responses and selecting candidates that are suitable for the role.
Conducting telephone and face to face interviews with candidates.

Essential:

- Previous recruitment experience
- Proven track record of obtaining new business, building and maintaining successful client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales and business development targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Hours 9.30am-1.30pm Mon Fri

£35,360pa pro rata basic to start plus uncapped Commission and bonus
