Proactive Personnel Limited are looking to recruit a Trainee Commercial RecruitmentConsultant to join our established team based in our Telford office. We are a privately owned company established in 1999 that employ over 100 staff and deliver exceptional recruitment service to our clients.
As a Trainee Commercial Recruitment Consultant you will:
- Receive FULL RECRUITMENT & SALES TRAINING to enable you to contribute to the Office/Commercial Desk
- Source and register experienced office/executive candidates
- Supply candidates to clients within the Shropshire area
- Generate business through outbound sales
- Business development of current/prospect clients
- Contract Management of client
- Develop and foster long-term relationships with both candidates and clients
- Hold client meetings face to face - full driving license ESSENTIAL
