Quality & Compliance Manager

**Exciting Opportunity: Quality & Compliance Manager (Telford, Shropshire)**

We are proud to be working with a long-standing manufacturing business in Telford with their search for an experienced Quality & Compliance Manager to join their dynamic team. 

This role involves both Quality & Compliance related duties, but this role has slightly more emphasis and bias on Quality, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has previous experience within the Manufacturing or Engineering sector, previous experience within the Automotive, Commercial Vehicles or HGV/LGV industry would be well received.

The working hours are 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, with a 2.45pm finish on a Friday, this role comes with an attractive annual salary up to £42,000 per annum (dependant on experience).

**What You Will Do:**

• Spearhead the management, maintenance, and improvement of ISO Quality Management systems including ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001.
• Conduct regular reviews and maintain all internal procedures and associated documents.
• Organize and manage monthly/quarterly ISO system meetings and perform planned site audits.
• Initiate and oversee health & safety procedures within the workplace, ensuring a safe and compliant environment.
• Lead the relationship with the Vehicle Certification Agency and manage annual audits, ensuring all conversions comply with regulations and legislation.

**What You Will Bring:**

• Proven understanding and experience in managing ISO Quality Systems (ISO9001 as a bare minimum).
• Background in engineering, manufacturing, or a similar technical business environment.
• Strong capability in identifying and managing business improvements.
• Experience in internal reporting and managing external audits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Word and Excel.
