Role Overview:

Youll be operating a ride-on roller, carrying out compaction work across a busy earthworks and civils site. You'll play a key role in helping deliver a high-profile infrastructure project safely and efficiently.

What Were Looking For:

Valid CPCS or NPORS Roller Ticket
Proven experience on earthworks or civil engineering projects
Solid understanding of ground compaction and safe plant operation
Team player with a strong work ethic and good communication skills
