Are you a creative and passionate Art teacher looking to inspire the next generation of young artists? We are seeking a dedicated Art Teacher to join our vibrant secondary school in Telford, on a full-time, long-term basis.

The Role:

As an Art Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and creative lessons across KS3 and KS4.
  • Foster a love of Art, encouraging students to explore their creativity and develop their skills.
  • Plan and deliver lessons that cater to diverse learners, using a variety of mediums and techniques.
  • Prepare students for GCSE exams, ensuring they achieve their best potential.
  • Collaborate with the Art department to enhance the curriculum and share best practices.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Art teacher who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Art, Design, or a related field.
  • Has a track record of delivering excellent teaching and inspiring student creativity.
  • Is passionate about Art and committed to nurturing artistic talent in students of all abilities.
  • Possesses excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • Is keen to contribute to the school's wider community and extracurricular activities.
