Key Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging lessons across various subjects in line with the national curriculum
- Provide support to students in the absence of their regular teacher
- Maintain a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and success
- Adapt lesson plans and resources to meet the needs of different classes and year groups
- Collaborate with teaching staff and management to ensure smooth daily operations
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure school policies are upheld
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to work flexibly across different subjects and year groups
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
