What Will You Be Doing?

  • Delivering engaging and challenging lessons in line with the secondary school curriculum
  • Inspiring students to achieve their best academically and socially
  • Supporting students of varying abilities and adapting teaching methods to meet their needs
  • Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a positive learning environment
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively and maintaining high expectations for student achievement

What Were Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Subject specialism in a key area (e.g., Maths, English, Science, Humanities, etc.)
  • Recent experience teaching at secondary level, preferably in KS3 or KS4
  • Strong curriculum knowledge and the ability to engage students
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • Flexibility, creativity, and enthusiasm for education
  • Right to work in the UK
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
