Day-to-day of the role:- Provide teaching support across various departments, stepping in to cover absences and shortages.
- Manage your own work diary with the flexibility to choose when and where you work.

- Maintain high standards of teaching and learning in line with the Ofsted framework and external quality standards.
- Must hold a Teaching qualification or Specialist Qualification.
- Experience working with young adults with SEND.

- Excellent project management skills, able to handle multiple tasks.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of interacting with staff and students at all levels.
