Pay: £143 - £224
Contract: Long-term, with planning, marking, and assessments required

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective English lessons following the national curriculum.
• Take responsibility for planning, marking, and assessing students' work.
• Create a supportive learning environment that encourages student progress and participation.
• Work collaboratively with the school’s leadership and teaching team to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
• Monitor and report on students’ progress, providing tailored feedback to help them succeed.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching English at the secondary level.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students in their learning.
• Commitment to carrying out the full teaching responsibilities, including planning, marking, and assessments.
• Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in the UK.
