Your new schoolHays Education have partnered with a nurturing, community-based school in the Telford area. They are looking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant who can work day-to-day. The teaching staff are always pushing and challenging the pupils to be the best they can, and are quick to build rapport with pupils. This holistic school has just over 200 pupils with ages ranging from 7 - 11 years old. The school are looking for an experienced TA due to an increased number of pupils.

Your new roleIn your new role as a teaching assistant within the school, you may be supporting KS2 classes. This is a lovely all-inclusive primary school with pupils of a range of different abilities. You will need to be able to work in 1:1 or group work with students who may require additional support. As well as building rapport with pupils and other members of staff.

  • The ability to take a pupil-centred approach to learning
  • Experience in a classroom setting within the last two years
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport
  • Have a flexible approach and a can-do attitude
