As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to provide essential support to pupils, ensuring they have the best possible learning experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with classroom activities and helping to deliver engaging lessons.

• Providing one-to-one or small group support to children, including those who may need additional help.

• Supporting children's social, emotional, and academic development.

• Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.

• Contributing to the overall ethos and values of the school.

• You hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).

• You have experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting.

• You are enthusiastic, patient, and passionate about helping children succeed.

• You have strong communication and teamwork skills.

• You are reliable, adaptable, and committed to supporting the needs of all pupils.

• You have a good understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices.

• Work in an outstanding primary school with a supportive and inspiring team.
