Our client is a well-respected supplier of construction supplies / building products into the trade sector. They are recruiting a Branch Manager to oversee the operations of their site in Telford.

This role requires a special someone - ideally a proven Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager from the world of builders merchants, timber merchants or specialist distributors of building materials / construction supplies within the Construction sector. Some form of management or supervisory experience is crucial but please bear in mind this role is a mix of operations and sales, therefore some form of sales experience is also crucial.

So the right person needs the right blend of sales drive with strong operational skills and experience. A good all-rounder who can guide on all aspects of the business and assist where necessary. This site needs someone to keep it going in the right direction. Whilst there's a lot to do, it can also be a highly satisfying role with a strong sense of ownership.
