As a Deputy Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising Team Leaders and Residential Support Workers.
- Assisting the Registered Manager with staff rotas and coverage.
- Identifying and addressing care and training needs.
- Providing training to staff.
- Supporting the day-to-day management of the home.
- Acting as a key worker and role model for junior staff.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Maintaining high standards of care and well-being for young people.
