The Deputy Manager role includes:
  • Managing and supervising Team Leaders and Residential Support Workers
  • Ensuring staff coverage and maintaining an efficient rota
  • Providing training and identifying training needs
  • Assisting in the day-to-day running of the home
  • Acting as a role model and key worker for young people
  • Maintaining high standards of care and compliance with regulations
