The Deputy Manager role includes:
- Managing and supervising Team Leaders and Residential Support Workers
- Ensuring staff coverage and maintaining an efficient rota
- Providing training and identifying training needs
- Assisting in the day-to-day running of the home
- Acting as a role model and key worker for young people
- Maintaining high standards of care and compliance with regulations
