A leading automotive dealership is seeking a skilled Parts Advisor. The role involves processing and upselling parts, building relationships and addressing technical questions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and a customer-focused approach.
Duties:
- Work within a busy aftersales department to handle customer parts requirements.
- Process and upsell parts, offering additional solutions to customers.
- Address technical requests using product identification aids.
- Build trustworthy and professional relationships with customers.
- Interact with customers visiting the premises.
- Meet the internal parts needs of the workshop team.
- Conduct market research and gather relevant industry information.
- Liaise with key suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Essential:
- Excellent customer service skills and strong administrative abilities.
- A positive attitude, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of the motor vehicle or automotive trade is a plus.
- Experience working towards performance targets.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- A full driving licence is essential.
