What We Need:

  • A Valid Driver's License: A driving license is mandatory and business car insurance is essential.
  • At Least 6 Months of Paid Experience: You'll need recent experience supporting children in a residential care setting within the UK.
  • Compassionate and Caring Nature: A genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of children and young people.
  • Ability to Work with Complex Needs: Experience supporting children with EBD (Emotional Behavioural Difficulties), ADHD, challenging behaviours, autism, learning difficulties, and complex needs is essential.
  • Teamwork Skills: You'll be working closely with a dedicated team of support professionals.
  • DBS Check: You will need a current adult and children Enhanced DBS check (on the update service).
