Details of the role involve:

Qualified social worker who has experience in enablement services who can complete Enablement reviews and care act assessments, Mental Capacity Act assessments and Best Interests.
Experience of asset-based approach, completing CHC checklists, person centred approach and used to fast-paced work.
Must be able to drive and have access to a car.

Requirements of the role:

Qualified Social Worker
Fully Social Work England registered
Must have significant experience in adult social care
Must have experience of hospital social work including duties listed above.
