Based at Princess Royal Hospital Hospital team base/client visits/home - 37 hours per week.

Princess Royal Hospital Hospital require a Qualified Social Worker who has experience in enablement services who can complete Enablement Reviews and Care Act Assessments, Mental Capacity Act Assessments, and Best Interests.

Experience of asset based approach, completing CHC checklists, person centred approach and used to fast pace work.

It would be advisable to have experience of LAS.

Must be able to drive and have a car.
