We are seeking a Band 6 CAMHS Practitioner, Social Worker, or Community Nurse to join the BeeU Core Community Mental Health Team in Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin.
?? Key Responsibilities:? Assess and provide therapeutic interventions to children and young people with moderate to severe mental health difficulties.? Manage a caseload, developing care plans and implementing interventions.? Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management plans.? Work collaboratively with social workers, schools, carers, and external agencies to ensure holistic support.? Deliver interventions in line with NICE guidelines and mental health frameworks.? Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and service development.
