Job Title: Social Worker - Childrens Safeguarding and Family Support Team
Length of assignment: Initially 3 Months
Hours per week: 37
Hourly rate: 28.55 - 30.57
Location: Darby House, 2nd Floor, Wing B, Lawn Central, Telford, TF3 4JA.
Remote/Office based:Hybrid working (mixture of office and home-based)

Responsibilities Caseload Management: Manage a caseload with varying complexity, leading on complex assessments and providing evidence in court.

Practice effectively with high-quality judgments in complex, risky, and uncertain situations, acting with confidence and autonomy.

Assess situations effectively to determine appropriate interventions and anticipate possible progress without pre-judging. Integration of Knowledge:

Integrate professional knowledge, service user views, and research/evaluation evidence into practice.
