We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to manage a caseload of varying complexity within our Children's Services. The successful candidate will lead on complex assessments, providing evidence as necessary in court proceedings while exercising high-quality judgment in challenging situations. You will practice with confidence and autonomy, integrating professional knowledge and the views of service users into your practice.

Key Responsibilities: Case Management: Manage a caseload, conducting thorough assessments and employing appropriate intervention strategies tailored to service users, families, and settings.

Major Tasks: Apply appropriate assessment frameworks and information-gathering skills to inform decision-making. Select and review social work interventions based on their effectiveness for service users. Promote constructive relationships with children, young people, families, and communities. Liaise with colleagues and external agencies to gather information for assessment and care planning.
