We are looking for a motivated PLC Software Development Engineer to join a market leading company.

Role Description
- Develop subject matter expertise in Siemens and Schneider PLCs.
- Provide technical leadership and programming expertise to drive improvements and new developments.
- Support lead development engineers in continuous improvement initiatives and new innovations.
- Deliver high-impact changes by managing multiple projects to enhance technology.
- Take ownership of your work, meeting agreed deadlines with internal stakeholders and contractors.
Skills and Qualifications

- Holds a minimum of an HNC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and is eager to learn new techniques and technologies.
- Desires end-to-end involvement, from concept to delivery.
- Brings extensive PLC programming expertise and fault diagnosis skills-particularly with Siemens and Schneider systems (experience with other systems will also be considered).
- Ideally has experience in the food or processing industry (not essential). Design for functional safety and SCADA experience would be a bonus.
