RADAN PROGRAMMER REQUIRED IN TELFORD, SHROPSHIRE!!

Jonathan Lee Recruitment are proud to be working with a leading manufacturing business in Telford, helping them to recruit a RADAN Programmer on a permanent basis.

This role is working day shifts with a lunchtime finish on a Friday (39 hours per week), and the job offers an attractive salary up to £40,000 per annum (dependant on experience).

We are looking for someone who has previous experience / familiarity with Press Brakes, CNC Lasers, Turret Punches and other fabrication processes, previous 3D CAD Software experience is highly advantageous.

**What You Will Do:**

  • Interpret engineering drawings to guide production planning and the creation of manufactured Bills of Materials.
  • Schedule and manage the flow of both mechanical and electrical parts through various manufacturing work centres.
  • Program CNC lasers, CNC routers, and turret punches using RADAN software, ensuring precision and efficiency.
  • Oversee the progression of work, focusing on meeting set deadlines, adhering to specifications, and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Provide essential technical support to the shop floor, facilitating effective communication between design and manufacturing teams.

**What You Will Bring:**

  • Proven understanding of fabricated parts and familiarity with fabrication processes including press brakes and turret punches.
  • Proficiency in programming, particularly with RADAN 
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A commitment to quality, with a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.
